1 Acceptance of Terms

1.1 These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern the relationship between pk399 ("the Company") and any individual ("the Player") who accesses, registers on, or uses any part of the pk399 platform, including but not limited to the website at pk399.org, any associated mobile-optimised versions, casino game interfaces, sports betting interfaces, payment portals, and customer support services.

1.2 By completing the pk399 registration process, depositing funds, or placing any wager on the pk399 platform, the Player confirms that they have read these Terms in full, understand their content, and agree to be bound by them unconditionally. This agreement is entered into at the moment of account creation.

1.3 pk399 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, pk399 will notify registered players via email to their registered address or via an in-platform notification. Continued use of pk399 following the publication of updated Terms constitutes acceptance of those updated Terms.

1.4 These Terms should be read alongside the pk399 Privacy Policy and the pk399 Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which form part of the contractual agreement between the Player and the Company.

2 Eligibility & Age Verification

2.1 Age Requirement. The pk399 platform is strictly restricted to individuals who are 21 years of age or older. No person under the age of 21 may register, deposit, wager, or otherwise use the pk399 platform in any capacity. This restriction is absolute and non-negotiable.

2.2 Age Verification Process. All Pakistani players are required to complete Know Your Customer (KYC) verification before processing any withdrawal. KYC for Pakistani players requires submission of a valid Computerised National Identity Card (CNIC) — both front and back — as issued by NADRA. The date of birth on the CNIC is used to independently verify that the account holder meets the 21+ age requirement.

2.3 Consequences of Underage Registration. If pk399 discovers or reasonably suspects that a player is under 21 years of age, the Company will immediately suspend the account and conduct an investigation. If the suspicion is confirmed, the account will be permanently closed, all pending withdrawals will be cancelled, and the deposited funds will be returned to the original payment source where technically feasible. Any winnings accumulated while underage are void and will not be paid out.

2.4 Jurisdictional Eligibility. The Player warrants that they are accessing pk399 from a jurisdiction where online gaming is not prohibited by applicable law. 2.5 Single Account Per Person. Each eligible player may only maintain one active pk399 account. All duplicate accounts will be closed and bonuses associated with them forfeited.

3 Account Registration

3.1 To use the pk399 platform, Players must complete the registration process in full and provide accurate, complete, and current information. The registration information required includes full legal name, date of birth, Pakistani mobile number, email address, and chosen account credentials.

3.2 Players must not use fictitious names, false identities, or misleading contact information during registration. Any account found to contain materially false registration information may be suspended or permanently closed at pk399's sole discretion.

3.3 Players are solely responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of their pk399 login credentials, including their username, password, and any OTP codes received via SMS. pk399 will never request your password through any channel — including live chat, email, or SMS. If you receive such a request purportedly from pk399, treat it as a phishing attempt and contact customer support immediately.

3.4 Players must notify pk399 customer support promptly if they believe their account has been accessed without authorisation. Until such notification is received, pk399 is entitled to assume that all activity conducted through an account is authorised by the account holder.

3.5 pk399 reserves the right to request additional identity verification documents at any time — including government-issued photo ID, proof of address, and source-of-funds documentation — where required by the Company's AML (Anti-Money Laundering) and KYC procedures.

4 Prohibited Activities

4.1 The following activities are expressly prohibited on the pk399 platform and constitute a material breach of these Terms:

• Registering more than one account per individual, household, or device;
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or AI tools to interact with pk399 games or betting markets;
• Exploiting errors, bugs, or technical malfunctions in any game or payment system for financial gain;
• Engaging in arbitrage betting, match fixing, or any form of collusion with other players;
• Knowingly providing false identity or age information during registration or verification;
• Using the pk399 platform for money laundering, fraud, or any other illegal financial activity;
• Attempting to reverse engineer, scrape, or extract proprietary data from the pk399 platform;
• Sharing your pk399 account credentials with any third party, or permitting others to use your account;
• Engaging in any activity that damages, disrupts, or places an unreasonable burden on pk399 infrastructure.

4.2 pk399 employs real-time fraud detection and pattern analysis systems. Accounts that trigger suspicious activity flags will be suspended pending investigation. Investigation timelines vary but typically complete within 14 business days. pk399 is not liable for winnings foregone during a legitimate investigation period.

5 Deposits & Payment Methods

5.1 pk399 accepts deposits exclusively in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). No foreign currency deposits are accepted. All account balances, game stakes, and winnings are denominated in PKR.

5.2 The following payment methods are currently accepted for deposits on pk399:

5.4 Deposits are generally credited to the player's pk399 PKR wallet instantly. In rare cases, bank transfer deposits (HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank) may take up to 2 business hours to reflect. 5.5 Players warrant that deposited funds are not derived from illegal activities. pk399 reserves the right to request source-of-funds documentation for large or unusual deposit patterns as part of its ongoing AML compliance obligations.

5.6 pk399 accepts only deposits made from payment methods registered in the name of the account holder. Third-party deposits — where the payment source belongs to a different individual — are strictly prohibited and will result in account suspension.

6 Withdrawals

6.1 Players may request withdrawal of available balance (i.e., real-money balance excluding active bonus funds subject to wagering requirements) at any time, subject to the conditions set out in this section.

6.2 KYC Prerequisite. A completed and approved KYC verification is mandatory before any withdrawal is processed. Players who have not submitted valid CNIC documentation cannot withdraw funds, regardless of account balance. KYC is typically reviewed within 24 hours of document submission.

6.3 Withdrawal Method. 6.6 pk399 reserves the right to delay any withdrawal pending the completion of fraud, AML, or responsible gaming checks. Players will be notified of any delay and provided with an estimated resolution timeframe.

7 Bonuses & Promotions

7.1 pk399 offers various promotional incentives to registered players, including but not limited to: welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, reload bonuses, and VIP programme rewards. The specific terms — including eligible games, wagering requirements, minimum deposit, and expiry periods — are published on the individual promotion page and are incorporated into these Terms by reference.

7.2 Wagering Requirements. Unless stated otherwise, bonus funds credited to a pk399 account must be wagered a minimum number of times (the "wagering requirement") before they or any associated winnings can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier is stated on each individual promotion.

8 Game Rules & Fairness

In the event of any conflict between the in-game rules and these Terms, the in-game rules shall prevail with respect to the specific game outcome.

9 Sports Betting Rules

9.1 Sports betting markets on pk399 — including cricket (PSL, international Test, T20, and ODI matches), football, UFC, tennis, and other listed sports — are governed by the pk399 Sports Betting Rules, which are published separately and incorporated into these Terms by reference.

9.2 Bet Acceptance. All bets are subject to acceptance by pk399. The Company reserves the right to refuse, limit, or reduce any bet at its discretion, including where a bet exceeds posted limits, where the market is suspended, or where the Company suspects irregular betting patterns.

9.3 Live Betting. In-play (live) bets are accepted based on the odds displayed at the time of bet placement. Due to the fast-moving nature of live events, there may be a short delay between the event occurrence and the updating of odds. pk399 is not responsible for bets placed on odds that were displayed due to a feed delay.

9.4 Voided Bets. A bet may be voided by pk399 in circumstances including, but not limited to: event cancellation, match abandonment, incorrect odds posted due to human or technical error, or where a market is settled incorrectly and subsequently corrected. Voided bets are settled at odds of 1.0 (stake returned).

9.5 PSL and Pakistan Cricket. For Pakistan Super League and Pakistan national cricket team markets, pk399 follows the official match result as determined by the relevant governing body (PCB / ICC) as the basis for settlement. Rain rules, DLS method, and super overs are applied according to the specific competition's regulations.

10 Responsible Gaming

10.1 pk399 is committed to providing a safe, fair, and responsible gaming environment for all Pakistani players. Gambling should always be entertainment — never a method for generating income or resolving financial difficulties.

11 Intellectual Property

11.1 All content on the pk399 platform — including but not limited to the pk399 brand name, logo, website design, game interfaces, text, graphics, software, and audiovisual content — is the proprietary intellectual property of pk399 or its licensed third-party game providers, and is protected by applicable intellectual property law.

11.2 Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the pk399 platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This licence does not permit any reproduction, redistribution, modification, public display, or commercial use of pk399 content without express prior written consent.

11.3 Game content, including slot titles such as Mahjong Ways and Wild Bandito, is the intellectual property of the respective game developers. pk399 is licensed to distribute such content and does not claim ownership of third-party game IP.

12 Limitation of Liability

12.1 To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, pk399's total aggregate liability to any player arising out of or in connection with the use of the pk399 platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 12-month period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

12.2 pk399 is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of opportunity, arising out of or in connection with a player's use or inability to use the pk399 platform.

12.3 pk399 does not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from technical defects. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance, third-party provider outages, and telecommunications failures may result in temporary unavailability of the pk399 platform. pk399 will endeavour to minimise downtime and will communicate planned maintenance in advance where possible.

12.4 Players acknowledge that gambling carries inherent financial risk, and that they participate in games and sports betting on pk399 entirely at their own risk and with their own funds. pk399 accepts no responsibility for losses incurred in the normal course of gameplay.

13 Privacy & Data Protection

13.1 The collection, use, storage, and processing of personal data by pk399 is governed by the pk399 Privacy Policy, which is published at /privacy-policy and is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

13.2 By registering on pk399, players consent to the processing of their personal data as described in the Privacy Policy, including data necessary for KYC verification, AML compliance, transaction processing, and customer support communications.

13.3 pk399 will not sell personal player data to unaffiliated third parties. Data may be shared with regulated third parties including KYC verification providers, payment processors (such as JazzCash and EasyPaisa), fraud detection services, and regulatory authorities where required by law.

14 Amendments to Terms

14.1 pk399 may amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where amendments are material — meaning they significantly affect player rights or obligations — pk399 will provide at least 14 days' notice via email to registered players or through a prominent in-platform notification.

14.2 Non-material amendments — such as corrections to typographical errors, clarifications of existing provisions, or updates required to reflect changes in applicable law — may be made immediately without prior notice.

14.3 The current effective version of these Terms is always available at pk399.org/terms-conditions. The "Last Updated" date at the top of the document indicates when the most recent version came into effect.

14.4 If a player does not agree with an amendment to these Terms, they should cease using the pk399 platform and contact customer support to request account closure. Continued use of the platform following the effective date of an amendment constitutes acceptance of the amended Terms.

15 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

15.1 These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction under which pk399 holds its international gaming licence.

15.2 Dispute Resolution. In the event of any dispute between a Player and pk399 arising from or relating to these Terms or the player's use of the pk399 platform, the parties agree to first attempt to resolve the dispute through pk399's internal complaints procedure. 15.3 If a dispute cannot be resolved through the internal complaints procedure within 30 days, either party may refer the matter to the dispute resolution body specified by pk399's gaming licence authority. The decision of that body shall be binding on both parties.

15.4 Nothing in this section limits the rights of Pakistani consumers under applicable consumer protection legislation.
